Only add clean distilled water or purified water to the water tank of the steamer. Tap water contains impurities such as minerals. Long-term use may form scale inside the steamer, affecting its performance and life. When adding water, follow the water level line marked on the steamer manual. Do not add too much water, otherwise it may leak during use, causing burns or damage to other items.
3. Safety points in operation
Holding posture
When holding the steamer, maintain the correct holding posture and hold the handle tightly to ensure that it will not be damaged or injured due to accidental slipping during use. At the same time, avoid touching the steam nozzle with your fingers, because the steam nozzle is hot when working and may burn your fingers.
Distance control
When ironing clothes, keep an appropriate distance between the nozzle of the hanging iron and the clothes. It is generally recommended to be about 10-15 cm. If the distance is too close, the local temperature and humidity of the clothes may be too high, which will not only damage the clothes, but also burn yourself due to the high-temperature steam; if the distance is too far, the wrinkles of the clothes cannot be effectively removed.
Prevent burns
During use, be careful to avoid touching the heating part of the hanging iron, especially after use, the body and nozzle of the hanging iron are still very hot. If you need to move or place the hanging iron, it is best to use heat-insulating gloves or wait for it to cool down fully before operating.
