Raw material procurement: The production of steam irons requires a variety of raw materials, such as metal shell materials, heating elements, electronic components, plastic accessories, etc. The procurement department will select raw material suppliers with reliable quality and standard compliance according to the design requirements. Before the raw materials are put into storage, they will also be strictly inspected to ensure that the quality and performance of the raw materials meet the production requirements.


Parts processing: Metal shells are usually processed by stamping, die-casting and other processes to process metal sheets or metal ingots into the required shape and size. The heating element needs to undergo a special manufacturing process to ensure that its heating performance is stable and durable. Electronic components need to be finely welded and assembled to ensure their normal operation. Plastic accessories such as water tanks are generally produced by injection molding, and the accuracy of the mold directly affects the size and quality of plastic accessories.


Assembly: This is the key link in the production of steam irons. First, the processed parts are cleaned and pre-treated to remove impurities such as oil and dust on the surface. Then, according to the design requirements, the heating elements, water tanks, electronic components, etc. are installed in the metal shell, and the steam pipes and wires are connected. During the assembly process, the installation position and connection method of each component need to be strictly controlled to ensure the performance and safety of the steam iron.


Quality inspection: The steam iron after assembly needs to undergo a comprehensive quality inspection. Including appearance inspection, check whether the shell has scratches, deformation and other defects; functional testing, test whether the steam generation, temperature regulation, water spray and other functions are normal; safety performance testing, check whether there are safety hazards such as leakage and overheating. Only steam irons that pass quality inspection can enter the packaging stage.

Packaging and storage: Qualified steam irons will be packaged, and the packaging materials must have good protective properties to prevent the steam iron from being damaged during transportation and storage.
